Marcy Little, Town Clerk

Marcy Little is a graduate of Ashe Central High School and Wilkes Community College and has served as Lansing's town clerk since 2014.  Marcy enjoys the beautiful landscapes and views available in all parts of Ashe County, especially those in Lansing. Marcy resides in Crumpler with her husband, Shane, and has two grown children and one grandson.

Larry Blevins, Maintenance Supervisor

Raised in Silas Creek, Larry Blevins moved to Lansing 12 years ago. Retired from the satellite installation field,  Larry did a wide variety of invaluable volunteer work for the town before being hired as our full-time maintenance techniciain three years ago. He and his wife Bert have five children and eleven grandchildren.

Elizabeth Johnson, Finance Officer

Elizabeth Johnson has lived in the Lansing area for 35 years. She and her husband have two children and two grandchildren. She has served as the town's finance officer since 2010 and has worked for Lib Bare Bookkeeping as an accountant for 34 years.

Mauvine Shepherd, Town Historian

A liftime resident of Lansing, Mauvine Shepherd served a number of terms on the board over the years and is now the official town historian.
